  • It’s simple. Once you register, you receive your unique "Vault" warehouse address. Use this address at checkout when shopping online. When your items arrive at our warehouse, we fly them to Guyana, handle the customs, and notify you for pickup or delivery.

  • No. Signing up for your "Vault" address is completely free. You only pay for shipping and duties when you have a package.

    • Air Freight (The Eagle Wing): 3–5 business days from the time it arrives at our warehouse.

    • Sea Freight (The Vault): 10–14 business days. Perfect for larger, heavier items.

  • Our rates are designed to be the most competitive in Guyana. We use a "Stepped Pricing" model:

    • Air Shipping (First Pound): $6.50 USD ($1,340 GYD)

    • Additional Weight: Only $3.50 USD ($777 GYD) per pound for every pound after the first.

  • The customer is responsible for all Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) duties and taxes. We simplify the process by handling the paperwork for you and including the estimated charges in your final invoice.

  • To comply with Guyana’s laws and airline safety, we cannot ship:

    • Illegal drugs/narcotics.

    • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

    • Counterfeit currency.

    • Perishable food items (meats, fresh produce).

    • Highly flammable liquids.

  • Yes, but items with Lithium batteries (laptops, phones) are classified as "Dangerous Goods" and may require special handling and a small additional safety fee.

  • You can pay with cash or via mmg.

  • We pride ourselves on transparency. Your invoice will clearly show your shipping weight, handling fee and tax fee. Extremely rare fees, such as customs duties for high-value items or special handling for hazardous materials (perfumes, batteries), will be communicated to you before your invoice is finalized.

  • Sea Freight is our most economical option for large, heavy, or bulky items.

    • Sea Freight Rate:$7.50 USD per pound.

    • Minimum Weight: Please note that Sea Freight has a 10 lb minimum charge.

  • If your items are not urgent and weigh more than 20 lbs (like car parts, gym equipment, or furniture), Sea Freight will save you a significant amount of money compared to Air Freight.

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

  • If a package is reported missing, we initiate an official internal investigation. Please note that a 30-day search period is allotted to thoroughly investigate and conclude the search for missing packages.

  • All claims must be submitted directly via WhatsApp or email for fast and efficient processing.

  • Items classified as fragile (including but not limited to televisions, glassware, electronics, and artwork) require special handling. To ensure your items are protected, we strongly encourage purchasing full-value insurance and using proper packaging standards.
